"Polo TDA", in Luanda Sul, and the subsequent restructuring of the Automobile sector within the Group

Conclusion of construction of the "Polo TDA", which came into operation in 2009, in Luanda Sul, becoming the largest automotive hub in Angola and one of the largest in Africa. It occupies a total area of 100,000 sqm distributed between showrooms, workshops with various areas and technologically advanced and eco-friendly equipment, as well as other infrastructures dedicated to the automobile world, gathering all the necessary conditions for the performance of a service with international standards.

These modern and efficient facilities - which accommodate most of the brands represented by the Group in the Automobile sector, both in light and heavy vehicles, motorbikes and equipment - associated with a strategically located network of workshops and showrooms, are an excellent contribution to the success of Teixeira Duarte's operations in this sector in Angola.

As of 2010, a restructuring of this sector would be carried out within the Group, implying a commercial, organisational and supplier repositioning, with Group companies currently operating in this sector, through the commercialisation of products from various international manufacturers, operating in the following market segments:

• Light Vehicles: Nissan, Renault, Peugeot, Mahindra, Honda, JMC, Ssangyong, Chevrolet, Isuzu and Suzuki;
• Heavy Vehicles: Renault Trucks, UD Trucks e Randon;
• Motorbikes: Honda, Piaggio, Vespa, Gilera e Derby;
• Equipment: Denyo e Pramac.
