The "Todos Doamos" Programme is an annual social responsibility programme implemented in the Teixeira Duarte Group in 2015, which allows Group companies to reinforce the supports their employees wish to make to social solidarity projects and institutions that help people.
Employees can choose to support institutions with financial donations and/or by donating time (volunteering):
- Employees choose the institutions they want to support;
- Group companies donate double the amount donated by them and/or grant the employee two days off from work for volunteering activities, for each day of vacation, weekly rest or holiday, used for the same purpose;
- Institutions benefit from triple the support - financial and/or time - from the employee.
The “Todos Doamos” Program for 2024 is in effect between January 1st and December 25th.
