Report and Accounts for 2019

The Board of Directors of Teixeira Duarte, S.A. released this Thursday, April 30, the financial statements for the year 2019, for approval at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on May 26.

The management report presents the results of the year, as well as the main highlights of the activity and financial indicators for the year 2019, which can be consulted here.

This set of documents disclosed includes in addition to the consolidated management report - which includes a chapter on non-financial information - the individual and consolidated accounts, the report on corporate governance, as well as the certification and reports and opinion of the supervisory bodies.
