Postponement of the Annual General Meeting to June 22

The Chairman of the Board of the General Meeting of "Teixeira Duarte, S.A.", in articulation with the Board of Directors, postponed the annual General Meeting to June 22, 2020, as per the press release, a copy of which is available for consultation here.

This document explains the reason for the postponement and the procedures to be followed, since the shareholders will have to request new certification from the Banks and send new letters to the Chairman of the General Meeting, all of them now reported to the new date (22.06.2020).

The accounting documents for 2019 are the same, but all other proposals and documentation have been adapted and can be consulted on the website of Teixeira Duarte and the Securities Market Commission.
