Teixeira Duarte Real Estate marks 20 years of activity in Brazil
In 2026, Teixeira Duarte Real Estate (TDRE) celebrates two decades of activity in the Brazilian market. Over these 20 years, the company has consolidated its presence in the state of São Paulo with a diversified real estate development portfolio, delivering projects of different scales – from Verdi Alto de Pinheiros, with 16 residential units, to the Alta Vista masterplan, which comprises 764 residential units, a shopping centre and the planned development of an office building.
To date, TDRE Brazil has launched 3,029 residential units, of which 2,529 have already been delivered, consistently within the established deadlines. The developments carried out represent more than 560,000 m² of built area, with approximately 98,000 m² currently under construction.
The year 2026 brings new challenges, including the delivery of Infinity Brooklin – the 20th development completed by TDRE in the country – and the launch of two new projects, while maintaining a strong focus on the strategic expansion of its landbank.
