Teixeira Duarte Group Ideas Competition Final
This week, the winners of the 2024 Ideas Competition promoted by the Teixeira Duarte Group were announced, with the aim of encouraging employees to apply their creativity and knowledge to the benefit of innovation.
Under the motto “Transformation for a better world”, employees from all markets were invited to propose ideas that could contribute to a significant and positive change, in line with the Group's commitment to promoting a more sustainable future. More than 140 ideas were received in the first phase of the competition, with 14 being selected to go through a development process, which involved the support of Católica Business School.
The winning projects of this second phase – a total of 6 – were presented at an event held on May 7th at the Lagoas Park Congress Center and attended by members of the Teixeira Duarte Board of Directors, representatives of Católica Business School and employees from the various companies of the Teixeira Duarte Group.
In both phases of the Competition, awards were given to the winning ideas, in recognition of the organization for the commitment and enthusiasm with which employees mobilized themselves, making this initiative a true success.
