Colégio S. Francisco de Assis Luanda Sul hosts Meeting of Portuguese Schools Abroad
The 4th Meeting of Portuguese Schools Abroad was held on 5 and 6 May at Colégio S. Francisco de Assis (CSFA) Luanda Sul. At the invitation of the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation (MECI), CSFA was the first private school to host this event dedicated to sharing educational and pedagogical experiences between Portuguese schools located in different parts of the world.
There were 66 participants present, including several representatives from MECI, as well as members of the boards of 21 Portuguese schools located in 6 countries: Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, São Tomé and Príncipe, Timor-Leste and Macau. Several discussion panels and cultural events were held, with the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Fernando Alexandre, contributing a video message that was broadcast at the opening session of the meeting.
