“Alta Vista” wins International Property Award – Residential High-Rise Development, Central & South America – Brazil
"Alta Vista", a development promoted by Teixeira Duarte’s real estate division in the state of São Paulo, has been recognised as the Brazilian winner of the International Property Awards in the category Residential High-Rise Development – Central & South America – Brazil.
Developed over a period of 17 years, the project is located in the municipality of Jundiaí, along one of its main commercial avenues — Avenida 9 de Julho. When development first began, Jundiaí was undergoing a process of urban modernisation driven by both public and private investment, a context in which "Alta Vista" established itself as a significant landmark.
Occupying an area of more than 10 hectares, with privileged views over the city and the Serra do Japi mountains, the "Alta Vista" complex comprises 764 residential units, a shopping centre and a planned office building. The project also brought about several urban improvements in the surrounding area, including the creation of Rua Dora Franco, thereby contributing to the enhancement and development of the region.
This recognition highlights the significance of a project that, initiated almost two decades ago, continues to play an active role in the urban dynamics of Jundiaí — a testament to the quality and consistency of the solutions conceived from the outset.
