Communication of Irregularities

In accordance with the terms of the applicable laws and regulations, Teixeira Duarte, S.A. provides shareholders and other stakeholders with an e-mail address for the communication of any irregularities detected (irregularidades@teixeiraduarte.pt). Messages sent in this way are addressed directly to the Chairman of the Company's Fiscal Council.

Teixeira Duarte, S.A. ensures the confidentiality of the communication during the entire process, whenever requested by the communicator. Without prejudice to the above, the participation of any irregularities may be addressed, as an alternative, to the Investor Relations Office.
