Projects carried out by Teixeira Duarte distinguished at the SIL 2025 Awards
The winning projects of the SIL 2025 Awards were announced on April 10.
The residential project “Fábrica 1921”, promoted and built by the Teixeira Duarte Group, won in the Urban Rehabilitation category, Housing segment.
Regarding works carried out by Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções, S.A. for external clients, two other projects were awarded in the Urban Rehabilitation category: MUDE – Museu do Design in the Public Spaces segment and DUO Hotel, in the Tourism segment.
The SIL Real Estate Awards aim to highlight the best projects, companies and personalities in the sector, valuing initiatives that contribute to innovation, sustainability and urban rehabilitation. The awards ceremony took place as part of the Salão Imobiliário de Portugal (SIL), held at FIL – Feira Internacional de Lisboa, an event that annually brings together investors, developers, technicians and public entities linked to the real estate sector in Portugal.
